I found it beneficial during my recovery. It seemed to suppress inflammation after treatment, making my downtime lighter. Although I can’t compare the effects accurately since I started drinking it, I believe the swelling wasn't too severe thanks to Arnica Montana. I intend to continue using it during procedures.
